IAISP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to oversee the security posture of our organization.

Role: As the Regional CISO, you will be responsible for safeguarding our organization’s critical information assets, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and mitigating risks. You will lead our security teams, develop comprehensive security strategies, manage security policies, and communicate risks effectively to the executive board.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security strategies to protect the organization’s information assets.
• Lead and mentor security teams to ensure effective performance and professional growth.
• Manage and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards across the organization.
• Conduct risk assessments and communicate security risks and solutions to the executive board.
• Oversee incident response and crisis management efforts.
• Stay current with emerging security threats and industry trends to proactively address potential risks.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate security best practices into business operations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior information security role, preferably as a CISO or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of information security frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent risk assessment and mitigation skills.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex security issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Reporting Line: The Regional CISO will report to the Group CISO, ensuring alignment with global security strategies and initiatives.
